We rely on people to perform safety critical tasks, build and look after our infrastructure and visualise what tomorrow will look like. The demographics and expectations of our Critical National Infrastructure’s workforce are changing and people will be able to pick and choose to work in areas that excite them. We need to improve diversity, inclusion, and provide people with the right support to grow their careers.
We are undertaking digitisation, while grappling with an ageing work force. What is the risk of missing a generation of workers? How do we encourage people to work in our own industries and stay in them throughout their career? Are people the strongest and weakest link?
To explore these questions; book your place and join the debate at The 10th CRA Risk and Safety Forum on 2nd and 3rd October.
