Celebrating Success: CRA Risk & Safety Forum 2023
The CRA Risk & Safety Forum 2023 was a resounding success, held in the vibrant city of Birmingham on September 20-21, bringing together over 130 attendees in person for a day of enlightening discussions, thought-provoking presentations, and invaluable networking opportunities. With more than 30 distinguished speakers and an enthusiastic audience, the event was a true testament to the industry’s commitment to Risk & Safety management.
Exceptional Speakers
Our event was graced by an exceptional line-up of over 30 speakers who are experts in various facets of Risk & Safety management. These thought leaders shared their insights, experiences, and innovative approaches, sparking stimulating discussions throughout the day. Their presentations covered a wide range of topics, from emerging trends in Risk & Safety Assessment to cutting-edge safety technologies.
Dynamic Panel Sessions
The forum featured open and interactive panel sessions, allowing attendees to engage directly with the speakers. These sessions provided a platform for in-depth conversations, where diverse perspectives and solutions were explored. It was inspiring to witness the collaborative spirit of our community as they discussed the most pressing issues facing the industry today.
Health & Wellbeing – CRA foRUN
In line with tradition in recent years, Forum attendees enjoyed a ‘Risk and Safety foRUN’ at the end of the first day. Led by CRA Principal Consultant @Hugh Stephenson, the ~5-mile route was run at a conversational pace and took in some of the local sights. The jog provided a great opportunity for delegates to stretch their legs and have a chat with fellow attendees whilst enjoying some much-needed fresh air and daylight before drinks and dinner.
Evening of Networking
After a day filled with knowledge-sharing and idea generation, attendees had the opportunity to unwind during the evening networking event. The atmosphere was electric as professionals from various backgrounds connected over dinner and drinks. These informal conversations fostered new relationships and strengthened existing ones, highlighting the importance of networking in our field.
