CRA CEO Jasbir Sidhu, recently attended the India Nuclear Business Platform. The conference took place 13 – 14 November 2019 in Mumbai.
On day one of the conference, Jasbir moderated the keynote ‘Indian Nuclear Leaders Panel – What is critical to achieve India NPP targets?’ session. The panel featured: Shri A.K. Balasubrahmanian, Director (Technical), Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Dr. A. Kakodkar Chairman (former), India Atomic Energy Commission and Shri G K Pillai, Managing Director & CEO, Walchandnagar Industries Limited.

On day two of the conference, Jasbir chaired the ‘Role of Foreign Suppliers in Participating in the Indian Indigenous Programme’ session. The session featured presentations from the U.S. Nuclear Industry Council. There was also a panel session that discussed: ‘Challenges faced by foreign suppliers and way forward’. The panellists were: Dr. Vijay Sazawal, Senior Fellow, U.S. Nuclear Industry Council, Pallavi Bedi, Partner, Projects, Energy & Infrastructure, L&L Partners and Shah Nawaz Ahmad, Senior Advisor, India, World Nuclear Association.
Jasbir provided the closing summary remarks for the conference. He also presented the prize draw.
