CRA is delighted to have had its Cyber Essential registration approved and certification granted as of 25th January 2016!
Cyber Essentials is a UK government-led scheme launched in 2014 which is designed to encourage organisations to adopt good practice in information security. CRA is one of only 325 companies within the UK to have been granted the certification and we feel that this gives our clients the reassurance that our systems are robust, secure and safe to an extremely high standard.
To obtain Cyber Essentials certification, companies must examine their security controls in the areas of firewalls, security configuration, access control, malware protection and patch management. The assessments of the systems are then independently verified. The certification has been introduced due to continued cyber-attacks and feedback from the cyber security industry that a number of security controls were not being implemented effectively.
