Due to the rapid growth of CRA’s Safety Case service, CRA is looking to fill two roles; Chief Consultant – Safety Case Service Lead and Senior Safety Case Consultants. Brief descriptions of each role are provided below and the full job specifications are available for download.
CHIEF CONSULTANT – SAFETY CASE SERVICE LEAD
CRA has rapidly grown its safety case service over the past couple of years and there is now a requirement for a full time Service Lead to coordinate and further grow this side of the CRA business. CRA is seeking to employ a Chief Consultant to continue to lead the development and delivery of consultancy to the UK Nuclear Safety market. As an industry-respected professional with significant experience, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Safety Case and developing and leading teams undertaking safety case projects. SENIOR SAFETY CASE CONSULTANTS
CRA is seeking to employ senior Consultants to work on Safety Case consulting services to its clients in the UK nuclear industry. As an experienced nuclear safety case author-verifier with at least five years of relevant experience, you will be able to work with minimal supervision for one of our UK clients in the production and updating of their safety cases. Your work will directly impact the continuous, safe operation of generating plants and bring the operation of new builds ever closer by covering safety case updates, plant modifications, pre-construction safety submissions, return to service and justification for continued operation safety cases. There may be opportunities to support decommissioning and radiological waste projects if experience is relevant.
