National Risk, Safety and Human Factors specialist consultancy CRA, is pleased to announce that Gareth Davies has joined the senior management team as Company Secretary.
The appointment is part-time and focuses on developing and delivering the next stages of CRA’s strategy. The strategy is geared towards unlocking the considerable potential of CRA and expanding existing and future operations to sustain business growth both in the UK and internationally.
Jasbir Sidhu, Managing Director CRA stated: “I have known Gareth for many years. He has a wealth of commercial and market knowledge, which complement and align with CRA’s strategic objectives. CRA is entering a new phase in its development and I am very pleased Gareth will be working with me to shape and deliver our future.”

Gareth Davies Profile
Gareth has a background in law. He started working in the nuclear sector over 15 years ago at the Imperial College Research Reactor.
He then moved to the specialist nuclear team at Burges Salmon law firm.
Gareth has worked with some of the UK’s most influential nuclear organisations, including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) where he set up the SME Steering Groups and the SME Mentor Scheme. Gareth has worked with most of the UK’s site licence holders, particularly in the field of emergency arrangements.
Gareth is a Director of the International Nuclear Law Association, Current Chair of the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) International Group, is a regular commentator in the nuclear press and authors the Burges Salmon Glossary of Nuclear Terms.
In 2013 he set up a niche nuclear management consultancy, DNA Limited, which provides: commercial, company secretarial and strategy development and advisory services to the domestic and international nuclear sectors.
Established in 2000, CRA boasts a team of technical consultants, working from locations including London, Warrington, Glasgow and Gloucester. The company prides itself on managing safety, reliability and risk across multiple sectors including the nuclear, defence and finance industries.
